Situation BEFORE the project started:
The infrastructure and IT services of the customer are deeply integrated into the infrastructure of the international parent company. Microsoft online services are used.
The challenge:
- Localise the Russian division's infrastructure and IT services.
- Migrate infrastructure to cloud.
- Infrastructure and services support and development.
Solutions (domains) used:
AD (Linux-based), NextCloud, pfSense, VK Workspace, IdP (Keycloak), Kaspersky Endpoint Security, Mikrotik and Cisco network devices.
It was done:
Prepared 3 infrastructure options using different solutions. This allowed the customer to test and select the best solution in terms of functionality and cost. We then deployed and migrated a highly available infrastructure to the data centre, localising the company's key services:

The result:
The Russian division's infrastructure is localised and independent, with some solutions replaced by open source products without loss of functionality. The infrastructure is integrated with other cloud solutions and hosted in a highly available cloud. The infrastructure has 24/7 support.
