Russian market SAP rollout project

Situation described BEFORE the project started:
The customer did not have a presence on the Russian market at all. The main system used by the global company was SAP ERP.
Task:
Carry out a study of the processes envisaged for the RF market (logistics, finance, point-of-sale operations, RF tax and accounting reporting, etc.), the systems used (ERP, POS, etc.), the integrations between the systems, including with Chaumet's global systems. Preparation of a conceptual design document with a complete description of the future processes. Take part in the implementation of SAP ERP (roll-out) for the Russian market.
It was done:
Conducted a series of working meetings and interviews with RF market staff and the client's global team. The interviews resulted in a Conceptual Design document and SAP rollout plan for the RF market. The SAP ERP financial blueprint for the RF market was fully customised by the iiii Tech team.
Result:
The SAP ERP system was fully prepared to operate in accordance with the requirements of the RF legislation as a result of the joint work of Chaumet's team and iiii Tech`s specialists.
