Situation described BEFORE the project started:
The client was operating in the RF market. It was using a global SAP ERP system and an SAP EGAIS sub-module provided by a third-party consultancy. The customer was in need of comprehensive SAP support for the RF market.
Task 1:- Provide comprehensive SAP support for the Russian market
Result achieved: Foreise won the contract for SAP support and development for the Russian market following a tender process.
Task 2:- In accordance with the requirements of RF legislation, develop the income tax accounting system within SAP ERP.
Result: A contract was signed for the implementation of the tax accounting system with the use of special registers (SAP SL). The system was successfully implemented. It will go into production in 2020-2021.
Task 3: In accordance with the new requirements of the RF legislation, develop an excise stamp lifecycle management system.
Result: An SSM system (as a sub-module of SAP ERP) that meets customer and RF legislative requirements was developed jointly by the Brown-Forman team and iiii Tech specialists.
Task 4: : Roll out to European markets
Result: The global SAP ERP system was fully prepared (set of customisations and developments) for the Belgian, Luxembourg and Romanian markets as a result of the joint work between the Brown-Forman team and .
